Об обратной задаче оптического секционирования в модели конфокальной системы для офтальмологических приложений

Аннотация

Поставлена задача восстановления трехмерных полупрозрачных объектов для нелинейной модели конфокальной оптической системы на основе минимизации функционала Тихонова с фурье-фильтром в стабилизаторе. Установлена дифференцируемость по Фреше функционала Тихонова в пространстве Соболева и получены оценки константы Липшица для его градиента. Предложен метод минимизации функционала Тихонова, допускающий экономичную реализацию. Приведенные результаты численных экспериментов на изображениях глазного дна и симулированных изображениях показывают эффективность использования вариационного подхода на основе градиентного метода минимизации функционала Тихонова с фурье-фильтром в стабилизаторе.
